On your device

The preview stores your answers, sessions, optional weight, habits, and meals you log on this device. You do not need to create an account. You can export a JSON copy from Account and delete these records. Language and appearance are stored as preferences.

If you activate an account

The authentication service manages your email and password. Preview data is imported only if you choose to do so. Synced data is used to show your plan and progress, and is not mixed with Pairlift or other products.

Infrastructure and payments

The web version uses Vercel. If the cloud is configured, it uses Supabase. If web subscriptions are enabled, Stripe handles payment data; FitOnFire does not store your card number. Providers may retain technical and tax records required to provide their services.

Control and retention

History keeps the latest 100 sessions, 400 weight records, and 120 days of habits. The journal supports up to 200 meals; at the limit, you must delete an entry before adding another. You can edit or delete weight and meal records, export session data from Account, and erase the preview. Deleting an account cancels its FitOnFire subscriptions and deletes data associated with the application; the payment processor may need to retain tax records.

No advertising or commercial tracking tools have been added to this version.
